Step mobile cutting machinery

AAC cutting machine is the key equipment in the production of aerated concrete with annual capacity of 50,000 m3 to 200,000 m3. It is absolutely necessary for promoting the production capacity and quality. Cutting machine series are produced by our factory, can accomplish six-side cutting in one step, without the second lifting. Working Theory of Aerated Concrete Cutting Machine:
The aerated concrete body and the bottom plate are put on the overturn table and moved to the slip table of cutting machine, then they are turned by 90 degrees, and the body is moved to the destination. The body is cut into four sides horizontally, and then cut into two sides vertically. The cut body moves from the small slip table to overturn table, and is turned by 90 degrees so that it is put on the overturn table. The whole cutting process is automatic.
