Main characteristics:

1.Rotating part is entirely sealed, supplies oil with pressure, with circular lubrication. Oil is filtered repeatedly, oil compensation tank makes rotating part fully lubricated to reduce abrasion;
2.Rotatory eccentric shaft is separated from crankshaft gear, making crankshaft gear pair fully sealed;
3.Piston is equipped with multiple dust sealing and high strength rubber flex sleeve;
4. On both ends of wiper plug shaft are equipped with sphere tile, lubricating with pressure supply oil;
5.Mail preesed components are made precisely with fine quality steel, meeting twice strength of maximum working pressure or more;
6.Increased mass of triangular belt wheel increases rotating inertia, increased diameter of crankshaft gear makes revolving moment highly increased so as to make this machine with high pressure, saving electricity consumption and high output;
7.Rotatory cross structure adopts automobile cross universal joint, making movement more flexible, smoother, steadier and more durable. Revolution disc is added with steel outer lane, and adopts 3 steel fixing positions locating, making revolution disc operation smoother and steadier and the outer ring more resistant against wear and tear.
8.The condiment machine adopts worm gear worm gear auxiliary movement, and adjustable screw height feeding.DY160-8 discal brick machine is used to press and make standard construction bearing bricks with fluvial sand ,fly ash ,tails, waste rock and other industrial waste residues as raw materials, and press and make cement brick and refractory brick and burning-free brick.
